Metroguard’s security guards are highly trained and have served in the security industry for decades. Field supervisors, who have a minimum of ten years of experience in the security industry and a police background, ensure that Metroguard’s security team is properly trained and supervised. Metroguard creates an environment of accountability by guaranteeing two field supervisor visits per eight hour shift to each location at no additional charge to the customer.
